Always Fit Nurses is operated by Always Fit 404 LLC (“Always Fit Nurses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching applications, consultations, communications, coaching services, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Always Fit Nurses provides online fitness and wellness-related services that may include:

Fitness coaching

Exercise programming

General nutrition education and guidance

Accountability and habit coaching

Educational resources

Progress tracking

Community support

Related coaching services

Certain coaching programs may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement, waiver, payment agreement, or other written agreement.

If a specific written agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms regarding a purchased service, the specific written agreement will control for that service.

Fitness and Educational Information

Always Fit Nurses provides fitness, wellness, and educational information.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and do not constitute medical care, physical therapy, mental health treatment, or other individualized healthcare.

You are responsible for determining whether participation in an exercise, nutrition, or wellness program is appropriate for you.

You should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when necessary and obtain medical clearance before beginning or modifying an exercise or nutrition program when appropriate.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

By voluntarily participating in coaching, training, exercise, or related activities, you acknowledge that these risks exist and accept responsibility for your participation, subject to applicable law.

Results

Individual results vary.

Always Fit Nurses does not guarantee any specific:

Weight loss

Muscle gain

Strength improvement

Body composition change

Fitness result

Health outcome

Specific timeline

Results depend on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, consistency, adherence, lifestyle, health, nutrition, training, sleep, stress, and other factors outside our control.

Testimonials, transformation photos, reviews, and client examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of identical or similar results.

Payments and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all purchases and payments are final and non-refundable.

You are purchasing access to coaching, programming, accountability, support, resources, services, and/or other deliverables included in your selected program.

Failure to participate in, access, use, or fully complete the services does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If you select a payment plan, discontinuing participation does not automatically:

Cancel payments already processed

Cancel future payment obligations contained in a signed agreement

Eliminate amounts otherwise due under your agreement

Specific payment-plan terms, cancellation provisions, pauses, exceptions, or other arrangements may be governed by your individual coaching agreement.

Always Fit Nurses may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any governing written agreement.

Consultations and Appointments

Submitting an application or scheduling a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into an Always Fit Nurses coaching program.

We reserve the right to determine whether our services are appropriate for a prospective client.

Clients and prospective clients are responsible for attending scheduled consultations and appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the scheduling tools provided or contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

SMS and Text Messaging

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you authorize Always Fit Nurses to send text messages consistent with the consent you provided.

Messages may include:

Coaching application follow-up

Consultation confirmations

Appointment reminders

Scheduling and rescheduling communications

Service-related communications

Customer support messages

Coaching-related communications

Separately authorized promotional messages

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications.

You may reply HELP for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to misuse our website or services.

This includes the Always Fit Nurses brand and proprietary coaching materials, systems, and frameworks.

Client Materials and Testimonials

Any use of client photographs, videos, testimonials, transformation images, reviews, or other identifiable content for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to the permissions, releases, or agreements applicable to that material.

Participation in coaching does not automatically constitute permission to use a client's image, likeness, testimonial, or transformation for advertising unless appropriate permission has separately been obtained.

Third-Party Services

Our services may use or integrate third-party providers for functions such as:

Payment processing

Financing

Appointment scheduling

Video conferencing

Email and SMS communications

Website hosting

Coaching software

Customer relationship management

Analytics

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policies, or actions of independent third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Financing and Payment Providers

Where available, financing or installment options may be offered through independent third-party providers.

Approval, eligibility, interest, fees, repayment terms, credit decisions, and other financing conditions are determined by the applicable provider.

Always Fit Nurses does not guarantee financing approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Always Fit Nurses and Always Fit 404 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
